I was flagged again today, but instead of YouTube blocking me, they just age restricted the video in question. I think that this is a more appropriate handling of instead of just removing it entirely and/or blocking me from accessing my page.
I still don't understand people. They still watch and are appalled by what they just watched even though there are warnings all over about the content. YouTube recommends the warnings at the beginning, which I do, but people still flag. I don't know.
hello mrfyrguy5 i feel the same as you with how dumb people would have to be to click on a video with a squirrel or bird in the crosshairs of an odvious rife about to be shot. i enjoy your videos alot and just recently saw and subscribed to your channel. i was wondering if you had any helpful information about mounting a camera on a break barrel gas spring opperated gun, and if done with the same camera and mounting rig you have whether it would recoil worse than your PCP type and cause for shaking of the camera. i recently tried to mimic the scope camera mount you use without much sucess in the shaking portion of it.
ReplyDeleteHey Marty, I film in high speed so it slows down the playback. That's why you see the camera shake. At regular speed, you don't really notice. As far as the gas spring, I'm not sure how it would do. I have a break barrel myself but never filmed with it. I guess I'll try it out and blog about it. Stay tuned and check it out. ReplyDeletei tried securing the camera to my gun even more with a packaging foam i had to try and reduce the effect the recoil has on the video but its only slighty better. have you tried a video with your break barrel yet?

To Mr emmebivideo, I'm sorry you feel that way as you do not know me as a person. Only for the videos I make. I'm sure you know people that do things you don't like, but still like them as a person. I understand that my videos are not for everyone and still don't understand why you watched, but whatever. If it makes you feel better to tell me off, then I hope you feel better.
Not sure where you are from and don't really car, but I'm pretty sure you must eat meat or wear some sort of leather something, Are you disgusted by the people that provide those things for you?

ReplyDeleteafter watching all of your videos i really got into the idea of getting a pcp air rifle as apposed to my break barrel guns and recently purchased a .22 marauder and cant wait for the snow to melt so i can go give it a shot. cant wait for more videos from you they are by far the best quality pesting videos i have found on youtube and pretty informative.
ReplyDeleteHey Marty, The Marauder is by far the best PCP for the money. You'll love it. I have the .177 and it's been great for me. I would also like to get the .22, but it's extra money I can't spend right now. There is a night and day difference between a springer and a PCP. Trying to film on the PCP is much easier as there is hardly any recoil. I have not been able to try it with my springer, but I'm pretty sure what the outcome would be.
DeleteThank you for the nice comments on my vids. They are not for everyone and am still astounded by the people that want to kill me for shooting problem animals. I am the biggest advocate for the preservation of wildlife, but there are certain things that must be done to try and keep balance. I only shoot invasive species or animals that pose a problem to my property. Once the problem is handled, I don't shoot any more until it becomes a problem again. Thanks for watching and I hope to post vids of me actually doing real hunts for turkey and deer. I am a big hunter and would like to film those. Keep watching in the spring for some turkey hunts.
